We are looking for an Allied Health Professional to step up into a fulltime leadership position Join our team in St Kilda VIC, managing and supporting our amazing staff

About the Role
This exciting role will provide the successful applicant with an excellent career advancement opportunity. As the Allied Health Manager, you will provide professional leadership, mentoring, support, specialist advice.

You will manage a busy, growing Allied Health team responsible for acute medical/surgical inpatients, rehabilitation inpatients, ambulatory day program, and outpatient services.

The Allied Health Team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, social workers, speech pathologists, and dietician. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team with a strong growth mindset and exceptional customer service.

This position is open to all Allied Health qualified staff that are looking for a management role. This position oversees the entire Allied Health team, caring for both inpatient and outpatient clients.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum three (3) years postgraduate experience in relevant clinical area
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Have previous experience in a private hospital setting.
  • Recent rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not essential.


To succeed in this role, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele.
