This role is vital to deliver, quality and safety assurance for each project.

Reporting directly to the Head of Construction you will be responsible for the below:

  • Establishing Policies and Procedures for Quality Assurance.
  • Create practical Policies and Procedures for the management of defect identification and repairs.
  • Create practices policies to prevent projects from constructing potential Latent Defects or ongoing legacy issues.
  • Review project documentation for compliance with all Building Codes and relevant Standards
  • Conduct progressive inspections of works on and offsite
  • Monitor performance and measure improvements in both time and postcompletion rectification costs.
  • Monthly reporting
  • Extensive stakeholder liaison; Sales & Marketing, Customer Relations, Development, Building Management, and Concierge
  • Manage the design development, procurement across multiple projects
  • Oversee Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Systems

Experience and Qualifications

  • Project management/ Design/Architecture/ Construction Management related degree or trade certification is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working for builder/ developer on largehighquality residential projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QA and defect management systems
  • Sound understanding of the legal and regulatory framework within the property industry
  • Strong understanding of technical building standards and practices.
