We offer state-of-the-art facilities, a variety of fitness classes, and a supportive community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Casual Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist with membership signups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage the checkin process for members attending classes or using the gym facilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services.
• Provide information about the gym's programs, classes, and services.
• Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or healthrelated environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness.
• Availability to work casual hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, including weekends as needed.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available on weekends and as needed.
