Evening Receptionist

**Location: Genesis Health and Fitness, Morley, Western Australia**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage the check-in process for members attending classes or using the gym facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services.
- Provide information about the gym's programs, classes, and services.
- Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness.
- Availability to work casual hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, including weekends as needed.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available on weekends and as needed.

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
