Reporting to APAC Chief Customer Officer, you will have:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
- Lead proofofvalue activities, building stakeholder confidence and refining the company's propositions.
- Cultivate influential relationships with key executives, offering expert insights at forums and events.
- Develop customer collateral, lead workshops, and contribute to the company's continuous portfolio evolution.
- Stay updated on ITIL Service Management and Cloudbased Managed Services.
- Meet revenue targets and drive strong profit margins.
To secure this exciting opportunity you will need the following:
- Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a Master's in Cybersecurity, complemented by industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP and CISM.
- Maintain uptodate technology vendor certifications in Fortinet, Microsoft, 6Clicks, Linux, alongside proficiency in ITIL and Cloudbased Managed Services.
- Over 3 years of experience in technical consulting and solution design, specializing in crafting competitive cybersecurity and IT solutions for midenterprise clients.
- Established reputation for designing solutions with corporate, midenterprise, and midlevel government clients, showcasing a track record of excellence.
- Proactive and selfmotivated individual with excellent communication skills, adept at working independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Trained in sales methodology, public speaking, presentation, and proposal writing for effective customer engagement.
