The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team. The successful person will work directly with two Partners to provide senior executive support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Implementing processes and procedures for best practice
  • Collating letters and documents
  • Attending meetings
  • Preparing letters and documents to be sent to clients
  • Maintaining internal systems
  • Preparation and maintenance of databases
  • Any other tasks that need to be completed

About You
-
Must have at least 1 years' experience within a public practice accounting firm:


  • Must have experience working as a Personal Assistant:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to details

Personal Assistant / Office Manager - East Melbourne

The Company

Our client is one of the largest accounting firms in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, they specialise in accounting and financial planning for high-net worth individuals and companies.

This firm offer an impressive work space with top notch systems, they have a vibrant team environment and are very supportive of one another.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant who would like to eventually grow in to an Office Manager role.


The Opportunity

  • PA to Director, diary management, travel arrangements and handling the smooth running of their workflow
  • Managing and overseeing a small team of administrators
  • Organising team meetings, agendas and social events in the firm
  • Coordinating work flow and having an overview on the daily operations of the team

About you
-
Must have at least 1 years' experience within a public practice accounting firm:


  • Must have experience working as a Personal Assistant and a desire to take the next step in your career:
  • Strong administration skills
  • Diligent, loyal and focused
  • Passionate nature with a positive attitude
