About the Role
As the WHS Consultant, you will manage and deliver WHS proposals and advisory engagements. Your responsibilities will include providing health and safety support, conducting audits, delivering training, and offering strategic advice to clients. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in marketing and business development activities, including drafting proposals and reports, and effectively communicating with clients on relevant matters.

Key Requirements

  • Solid experience in WHS management and/or consulting, including exposure to Worker's Compensation
  • Desirable to have prior experience in various workplaces
  • Expertise in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks, strategies, procedures, and processes
  • Formal tertiary-level qualification in WHS, Mental Health, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Accredited/Certified Auditor in ISO 45001/ISO 45003
  • Strong relationship management skills, collaborating effectively with the broader team
  • Ability to effectively present complex messages using various media methods
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
