Our client is an expanding tech specialist organization situated in Mascot, renowned as a frontrunner in their sector with a collection of industry accolades.

In the role of HR Manager, you will collaborate with your team comprising a Talent Acquisition Advisor and HR Administrator to establish an exceptional employer reputation.

You will oversee HR compliance, recruitment, employee benefits, compensation, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling recruitment and hiring processes, including managing job advertisements, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires
  • Maintaining precise employee records
  • Supervising and managing employee benefits administration
  • Conducting performance management tasks such as performance reviews and evaluations
  • Enforcing company policies and ensuring conformity to regulations and laws
  • Managing employee relations by addressing complaints, mediating conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace atmosphere
  • Arranging employee training and professional development opportunities

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant HR experience (minimum 2-5 years) in a retail or operational setting
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative competencies
  • Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • Analytical skills for data management and report generation
