About the Role

Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including personal care, hoisting, meals, assistance with household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.


About You


If you are experienced and passionate about supporting people to manage their own lifestyles and live the life they choose, we would like to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated proven experience working with complex disabilities care such as PEG/NGT feeding, bowel care and catheter care
  • Experience in the field of mental health, challenging behaviors
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid training
  • Manual Handling training (or willing to obtain)
  • International Police check (if applicable)
  • Access to a car and driver's licence
  • A positive, reliable, empathic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
  • COVID19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Proven can do, positive and willing attitude
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Friendly disposition and engaging manner
  • Initiative and selfmotivation
  • Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts
