We are seeking an experienced Utilities MDMS Oracle Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Oracle-based applications for our utility clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle development, experience with MDMS (Meter Data Management System) and a passion for working with utilities.

Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle-based applications for utility clients
· Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that
meet business needs
· Develop and maintain MDMS applications using Oracle technologies such as Oracle
Database, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
· Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications
· Collaborate with QA team to ensure thorough testing of applications
· Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
· Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in Oracle development
· Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· At least 5 years of experience in Oracle development, with a focus on MDMS
· Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
· Experience and functional knowledge of MDMS
· Strong programming skills in PL/SQL, SQL, and Java
· Experience with Agile development methodologies
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
· Experience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management System (MDMS)
· Knowledge of utility industry standards and regulations
· Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Oracle Cloud
· Certification in Oracle development (e.g. OCP, OCM)
