_THE OPPORTUNITY_


We have an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to join Cm3 Success Team as the Customer Success Manager based in Melbourne, VIC.

You will be responsible for the initial phase of our customer journey by ensuring efficient onboarding of new clients and contractors whilst driving continuous improvement to create opportunities for growth.


You will also be responsible for Account management of all minor clients in the Cm3 portfolio by monitoring and implementing ways to improve the Health score for each new client whilst developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading, coaching, and influencing through effective management to deliver business results by maximising client expectations and driving continuous improvement opportunities
  • Pursuing business opportunities through proactive client management to identify and diagnose their needs with the ability to crosssell services
  • Working closely with the Key Account management team to ensure priorities are consistently well managed
  • Increase conversion of contractor uptake by effective and proactive contractor management throughout Onboarding journey
  • Ensuring the achievement of the objectives/KPI's outlined are met
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • The ability to prioritise and problem solve within mínimal impact
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing people and mentoring a team
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Account management/Client relationship role
  • Any exposure to or knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) (Desirable not essential)
