Continuous Improvement Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant to build strong relationships with staff and residents.
- Eldercare is a leading notforprofit aged care provider in South Australia with an excess of 1600 employees. Our workplace culture embraces teamwork, innovation, and a dedication to our purpose of delivering peace of mind with our care._
To deliver a quality service in this role you will:
- Coordinate, promote and facilitate Eldercare's Continuous Improvement Program
- Assist in quality surveys, audits and accreditation preparation
- Manage feedback and complaints from a range of stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports to operational and corporate divisions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with facilitating and promoting continuous improvement of current processes and procedures (desirable)
- Knowledge of and/or experience within the aged care residential environment (desirable)
- Ability to support, encourage, motivate and influence others and be a positive role model
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong professional relationships
- A current driver's licence to enable travel to Eldercare sites in both suburban and country locations

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months from the date of issue._
