About the Role


Spend your day making a difference to someone's life by supporting them to reach their individual goals in the community, at work or at home.

Duties include assisting individuals to develop their daily living skills in areas such as budgeting, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping; enhancing job readiness skills through support in voluntary work, work experience or further education; building social connections and forming friendships.


Whether you are available for a few hours a week, or for a full week, we have flexible opportunities for Community Support Workers to join our team.


About You


We are looking for support workers that have an understanding that each person is different and a kind and caring nature together with the confidence and passion to advocate for others.


Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in the Disability sector is desirable but not essential
  • A commitment to supporting individuals needs and goals.
  • Resilience to undertake new challenges.
  • A full drivers licence
  • Access to a safe and suitable vehicle
To join our team you will be required to get a COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccination and complete required clearances including an NDIS Workers Check
