Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report to Senior Superintendent - Technical, and work alongside a close-knit team of technical professionals.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our QNGR fleet at the Mayne Stabling Yard, Bowen Hills.
Well look to you for:
Perform the ISST role on a rotating basis, supporting in service faults with technical advice to support the Driver and to minimize the in-service impact of the fault.
Raise Incidents in SAP based on first contact from Drivers or on-board systems, ensuring high-quality reporting to enable effective repairs.
Liaise with Mobile Service Technician teams to effect the repair with no impact on in-service performance.Assist in the identification and production of vehicle modification programs to improve reliability and maintainability.
Monitor fleet performance using on-board diagnostics and remote monitoring systems and provide KPIs as required on critical systems such as HVAC, Toilets, Doors, etc.

Significant experience in a technical role, maintaining and repairing the NGR fleet.
Relevant Trade and/or Engineering qualifications.
