This role offers a chance to provide strategic financial and operational leadership and drive the company's continued success.The Role:
Lead PMG's financial strategy, governance, risk and compliance.
Develop and implement plans to ensure sustained growth Oversee a broad range of functions including legal, HR, and IT (perfect for well-rounded leaders)Collaborate with the business on strategic and operational matters.
Leading a large diverse team of 15 direct and indirect reports5 days full time onsite in Melbourne You're a great fit if you possess: Proven CFO and the experience and the ability to excel in this role.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent relationship-building skills with the power to influence across all levels.A purpose-driven and ethical approach to business Strong manufacturing background The ability to analyse and comprehend complex financial matters.
Strong in the field of M&A and company evaluations Your financial qualifications should include: Qualified CPA with a minimum of 10 years' experience Experience in both statutory and management financial reporting.
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis expertise Tax compliance knowledge.A commercial understanding to review and advise on contracts.

Experience in managing a HR function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and enthusiasm Inspire and motivate the diverse teams and functions you will be responsible for Strong leadership skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role Current CFO is relocating overseas.
