  • Exposure to high stock holdings and logistic operations
  • People leadership and development for 40+
  • Business analytics, including but limited to not sales, wages, waste, margins
  • Work place health and safety, implementation and monitoring
  • Recruitment and retention for large teams, with your people first approach
  • Proven succession planning of your teams
  • A collaborative approach to retail leadership, this is not a reinvent the business model as it works, but more of the how can I give it a bit of flair?
  • Your strength as a store manager is proven in your time FOH with your teams, you thrive in 'working the floor' with them not sitting in the back off crunching numbers.
