Key Responsibilities in the Role:

As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of this store. Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Visual Merchandising: Create captivating in-store displays and layouts to showcase latest fashion collections, ensuring an inviting shopping atmosphere.
  • Styling and Customer Engagement: Utilize your fashion expertise to style customers, offer personalised fashion advice and build strong customer relationships.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels efficiently and ensure the store and back room is organised.
  • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, budget management, and reporting.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Leverage your knowledge of the Altona area to tailor the store's service style and visual merchandising to local preferences.

Ideal Skills & Prior Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role possesses:
* Previous experience in a retail leadership role, with a passion for women's fashion.
* Exceptional styling skills and a genuine love for helping customers look and feel their best.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and lead a team effectively.
* Inventory management and operational expertise.
* Knowledge of the Altona area and its fashion preferences is a definite asset.
