Our client, a full-service Real Estate Agency in North West Sydney, is looking for an efficient, motivated Property Officer to work as part of their close-knit Property Management team.

The Position
In the role of Property Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general assistance to the Property Management team
  • Leasing Support
  • Open homes
  • Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Tenant Liaison
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Routing administration

The Person

  • Previous Leasing experience is ideal but not mandatory
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is essential
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed problemsolving abilities
  • Good time management and effective organisation skills
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • Drivers Licence
