What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you'll:

  • Engage in client communication and maintain professional relationships;
  • Manage and deliver projects through various phases;
  • Ensure on-time project delivery while meeting technical standards and budgets;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers;
  • Work within a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
  • 6 to 10+ years of industry experience;
  • Expertise in structural engineering design;
  • Demonstrated project delivery skills;
  • Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members.
