As a Project Coordinator, you will play a support role in the delivery of this digital portfolio as you work with a variety of key stakeholders to coordinate and assist with the end-to-end planning, scoping, delivery and close-out of Powerlink's IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects.
You will take responsibility of the initiation of project activities, distribution of project budgets as well as closure of project activities and work breakdown structures in SAP PS Module and Project Server.

About you:
Your success in this role will rely on utilising your highly developed project coordination skills combined with your expertise in fostering relationships and influencing a variety of stakeholders to support the successful delivery projects.
You will replicate your prior success in project management of small IT projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the desired quality.
You have an Advanced Diploma in Finance or Business or a lesser qualification coupled with significant experience in small scale project management and the analysis of planning and scheduling, cash flow monitoring and forecasting and reporting within a project delivery environment.
