Responsible for the design and provision of approved training and education relating to broad records management topics (e.g. Induction) and to end users of a State Government Department's Electronic Document and Records Management System.

Also responsible for monitoring users' compliance with policies and procedures relating to the use of the EDRMS, for designing and implementing remedial action where necessary and for reporting to Senior Management on the overall quality of the information in the system.


  • Trouble shooting and assisting in delivering training to all categories of endusers of the EDRMS (including handson and remote training for basic and advanced users)
  • Implementing mechanisms to monitor data which has been input into the EDRMS for compliance with relevant policies, standards and procedures
  • Reporting compliance levels to both Senior Management and end users as necessary
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Unit's products and services
  • Maintaining an awareness of knowledge, information and records management best practices
- identify issues to be addressed via a range of user communication tools (including newsletters, user forums, intranet site etc)

  • Providing efficient customer service on all facets of records management
  • Providing advice, assistance and administrative support where necessary (for example processing transaction requests during times of peak customer demand when staff dedicated to that activity require assistance)
This also requires an police check (within 12 months) and extensive experience in Objective.
