Position Description:

Our latest opening is for a Escape Room Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Space, Defence, and Intelligence division. This is a unique and highly autonomous opportunity to travel across the country and assist our Project Manager to ensure well-coordinated deployments of our Cyber Escape experience.

You will play the role of Escape Room Coordinator which will include client and customer engagement, ensuring the smooth running of the escape room challenge, managing bookings and inquiries, financial management, and administration.

The CGI cyber escape experience will run for 2 years + across Australia. Following the completion of this project you will join the wider Space, Defence and Intelligence team to work on your next assignment with CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:


•Support the project manager with administrative tasks

•Travel to sites across Australia and perform the role of 'Games Master'

•Liaise with customers and clients and be the face of CGI for the Cyber Escape experience

•Email, Excel and MS Teams management: bookings, inquiries, invitations and logistics

•Support administrative tasks such as invoices, procurement and purchase orders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:


•Demonstrated experience in customer service/ events and/or hospitality

•A strong communicator, very personable with the ability to talk to anyone from students to C level clients

•Tech savvy - full training will be provided but you'll need to learn the system quickly and have the ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems

•Highly autonomous - you will be travelling on your own across Australia to run the cyber escape experience

•Organised, high attention to detail and proactive - you're great at multitasking and can see a potential issue before it arises

•You don't necessarily need a background in Cyber or IT but you demonstrate curiosity for the tech world

•An interest in Space, Defence and Intelligence and working on impactful projects that deliver tangible value to Australia's national security

•The ability to travel interstate.

•Full work rights for Australia/ Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance for future assignments.
