Highlighting the importance of this role

As the Operations Manager of Home and Community in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region, your mission is to provide strategic and operational leadership that aligns with Endeavour Foundation's mission, purpose, and values. Your role involves overseeing the delivery of programs and support services to individuals with disabilities, focusing on person-centered care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Duties include:

  • Advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities to live free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and promoting the right to choice and control.
  • Ensuring consistent service delivery by promoting continuous improvement and adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Implementing clinical governance, coordinating with primary health services, and managing any care-related issues to ensure high-quality support.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction levels through consultations and audits.
  • Collaborating with peers and leaders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Acting as a positive brand ambassador for Endeavour Foundation.
  • Driving a performance-oriented culture to deliver results.
  • Ensuring governance aligns with organizational policies.
  • Promoting Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice and showcasing services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Building a center of excellence in disability accommodation and community support.
  • Implementing client engagement strategies and data analysis.
  • Developing a high-performing workforce through training and skill enhancement.
