About the Opportunity

The Receptionist role at Goldfields Community Alcohol and Drug Services involves general reception duties and providing administrative support to the team

Requirements of the Role:

• Provide a friendly reception service
• Assist with events
• Answer calls and direct them accordingly
• Prepare client files and handle mail
• Assist with email responses, stationery purchases, and data entry
• Prepare documents and assist in meeting preparations

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of Equal Opportunity principles
• Prior experience in youth/mental health services and administrative roles

Requirements:

Australian residency/visa, Police check, Working With Children card, driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work references
