About the Opportunity
The Receptionist role at Goldfields Community Alcohol and Drug Services involves general reception duties and providing administrative support to the team
Requirements of the Role:
- Provide a friendly reception service
- Assist with events
- Answer calls and direct them accordingly
- Prepare client files and handle mail
- Assist with email responses, stationery purchases, and data entry
- Prepare documents and assist in meeting preparations
About you:
- Commitment to HOPE's vision and values
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Desire to work in a team and independently
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunity principles
- Prior experience in youth/mental health services and administrative roles
Requirements:
Australian residency/visa, Police check, Working With Children card, driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work references
