THE ROLE


As a Strategic Forecast Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in planning and forecasting the recommended resourcing needs to support business stakeholders achieve organisational goals.


In this role you'll forecast the demand by accurately reflecting business units' various workload and provide proactive recruitment recommendations for our Operations team.

This is a permanent hybrid role based in either

New Zealand or Australia with team presence across both countries.

ABOUT YOU

  • You'll have a minimum 3 years in forecasting, modelling and scheduling experience
  • Have financial acumen, strong business analytical skills, can interpret data easily and spot trends to drive results
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Expert knowledge in understanding workload influences (Call Volumes, Claims Management, AHT, Shrinkage and Outputs include Customer Service outcomes) to manage resource allocation
  • Highly organised and have excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, presentation, storytelling and collaboration skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate office package skills
  • Thorough understanding of contact centre metrics (i.e., Erlang, workload calculations, GOS, telephony systems, Webchat)
  • You'll have knowledge of different forecasting methodologies
