our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

About the Role
The Resource Supervisor will support the Production Coordinators in resource planning and management at

Talison's Greenbushes Lithium Operation.

Duties include:

- liaise with Production Coordinators to determine contractor leveling;
- liaise with Production Coordinators, Shift Supervisors and Training Supervisor to determine resourcing

requirements;
- liaise with Production Shut Planner to determine, plan and schedule additional labour resources for plant

shutdown activities when required;
- crew rostering in line with plant requirements;
- roster casual labour to meet plant requirements;
- supervise a team of day crew operators;
- process employee overtime sheets;
- process casual labour time sheets;
- plan contractor resources for plant operations;
- process contractor purchase orders, timesheets, and invoices;
- plan onboarding for new employees; and
- other duties as directed.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Cert IV Frontline Management or Similar;
- minimum two (3) years Supervisory experience in a mining or processing environment;
- intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- contractor management exposure;
- working in a Processing environment;
- effective Team management skills, inclusive of performance management and expectation setting;
- the ability to work in a highly confidential manner;
- experience with leading and coordinating work in a shutdown environment;
- strong level of hazard awareness; and
- strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective and respectful working relationships with people

from diverse backgrounds.
