You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstration of mobility equipment to the Disability / Aged Care / Hospital sectors including a vast range of Occupational Therapist, new & existing customers when required
  • Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition
  • Develop professional relationships and active communication with all new and existing customers, partner organisations and external parties, including medical and allied health personnel, government bodies, nongovernment, and community organisations
  • Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints
  • Lead/participate in continuous process and quality improvement projects as required
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales

  • Undertake any additional administration/office duties as directed or required.

Essential

  • Valid Driving License


 Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Office, Power point Presentations, Excel

Desirable (not Essential)

  • Mobility Equipment Specialist

  • Disability / Medical background
