We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

With the aviation and travel sector booming as we head into 2023, on top of major projects that will underpin the future growth and development of Melbourne Airport and Victoria as a whole, now is a very exciting time to join

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform ServiceNow platform configurations including plugins activation;
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes;
  • Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits;
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation;
  • Working closely with Technology and implementation partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Evaluate and work with the customer to define next phases of the ServiceNow roadmap;
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience;
  • Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria;
  • ITIL v3 Certification (preferred);
  • 35 years' experience with ServiceNow administration;
  • Uptodate knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes;
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred);
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
