In this role you will establish and strengthen key government and agency relationships by providing advertiser education and training.

A successful Partner Manager is detail oriented, focused on the needs and goals of clients or partners, with strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish new relationships and manages existing relationships across the across government and agency advertising ecosystem, builds trust and credibility of its suite of products
  • Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's goals and objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship map
  • Demonstrate value of products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes, policies and products and provide best practices specific to government entities
  • Provide bestinclass client service and partnership across all facets of operating company (both traditional and digital media teams)
  • Create and collaborate on education & inspiration focused programming across the agency which has a scaled impact on various constituents (media, digital, strategic planning and creative)
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams (scaled execution team, business planning and operations, legal, and public policy teams) and ensure team is delivering on expectations, facilitates escalations internally
  • Project manage complex work streams
  • Oversee internal account operations and partner with Scaled Execution / Media Ops team to drive best in class service solutions for the government vertical; ensure consistent service excellence and QA ops requests
  • Capture / identifies product and innovation needs based on client / industry feedback
  • Identify relevant industry trends relevant to government ecosystem
  • Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful experience including leading businesses or accounts within agencies or large advertisers
  • Experience introducing new products processes and systems to partners or clients
  • Experience working with marketing decision makers in Agencies
  • Performance marketing experience and/or brand advertising experience
  • Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, adtech, partnerships
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams with the ability to partner with senior executives
  • Demonstrated experience public speaking/presenting to large groups of stakeholders
