Your New Role
Residential Communities & Home Building Team in the space of land and integrated housing developments.

Your duties will include assisting the Development Team with:

  • Research and analysis
  • Financial feasibilities
  • Meeting development delivery milestones, in terms of budget, quality and program
  • Council and other stakeholder discussions and negotiations
  • Workplace, Health and Safety matters
  • Site inspections, discussions and meetings as required, and prepare minutes where necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of project presentation, to enhance the brand of the project and the Company generally
  • Purchase and invoice processing

About You
Soon to complete or recently completed degree in Property Development, Civil Engineering or similar
Some exposure/ experience in Property Development, Construction, etc (desirable)
Self-motivated, eager to learn and keen to kick-start a career
Strong time management skills and ability to manage priorities
Amazing Communication and Interpersonal skills
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
