Position Summary

Job Description:

  • Act as a point of contact for Sales Team/Customers/Internal Departments
  • Manage the day to day running of the Sales Order Department
  • Develop and put into place procedures which improve the efficiency of the Sales Order Process
  • Manage ANZ Lease and Royalty Module
  • Supervise part numbering process for sales order procedures
  • Monitor and update part numbering process in order that the process remains current and relevant in line with product range
  • Update and maintain the product configurator
  • Educate staff on new products and how these effect upon our processes and procedures
  • Produce quarterly sales report (for commission purposes)
  • Administer retrofit reports
  • Coordinate special projects
  • Obtain approvals from regulatory bodies before allowing dispatch
  • Work closely with production to maintain delivery schedules and advise delays
  • Manage the collation of delivery documentation and submit to finance for invoicing (soft copy)
  • Provide assistance for Asia, NZ and other SG companies in all aspects of order management
  • Play an active role in the forecasting process with sales and planning
  • Provide the following reports:
  • DIFOT
  • Overdue Orders
  • Sales (units) by product type
  • Sales Report
  • Royalty Report (weekly)
  • Retrofit Report
  • Trials/Loans
  • End of Month Reports

Qualification Requirements:

Training and/or Experience:

  • 5 years concurrent experience in a operations facility or closelyrelated field
years direct management experience

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not necessary
  • Previous experience with ERP systems
  • An understanding of Gaming machines and different configurations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Leadership and personnel management
  • Technical documentation
  • Experience with leading projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both on the phone and face to face)
  • Superior time management and problem solving skills
  • A proactive and dedicated work ethic
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team approach

Education:

  • Tertiary education in a technical discipline or closelyrelated field or equivalent employment experience
