The Personalised Marketing team bring together data driven decision making, creative that taps into human emotion and through the combination of art and science create beautiful and helpful customer experiences that drive commercial outcomes for IAG.
This is a pivotal role to drive personalised and powerful communications.In this role, you will be responsible for development and execution of highly personalised, dynamic, cross channel campaigns and journeys working within a stream of work within Personalised Marketing.
Teamwork is key to successful outcomes, which will see you working as part of a cross functional team (including, but not limited to, delivery management, customer strategy, business analysis, experience design, and data and analytics).
With the rapidly changing nature of marketing technology and customer needs, this role also presents an excellent opportunity to continually learn and obtain experience with new platforms and technology.
Some of the key responsibilities this role will include but not limited to:- Using performance and data insights, best practice omni-channel marketing strategies, and strong campaign execution discipline this role will ensure we're saying the right thing, at the right time to the right customers and we are continuously learning and improving in our performance and effectiveness.
- Developing solution architecture documentation
- Developing data models to support marketing activities
- Developing Process Flows, Schedules & Automation to support automatic execution of marketing activities
- You'll be accountable for the endtoend implementation of customer communication journey experiences, moving from productled to customer journeyled marketing programs.
- You'll be held accountable for delivering customer and business value across a range of programs and measured through lead conversion, engagement, cross sell and up sell growth, lifetime customer value and reduction in churn.
- You'll be passionate and experienced in ongoing optimisation of both alwayson and campaign activity through solid testandlearn strategies and comfortable in working with Analytics to build statistically significant tests, define outcomes and measure and optimise results.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a technical lead with a strong background in marketing automation and proven experience is SQL, Python and Cloud technologies either AWS or Azure.
Apart from being a great team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills you need to have below skillset:
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience working in marketing automation with hands on experience working with Adobe Campaign
- Extensive knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS
- Demonstrable coding and programming experience
- Demonstrable experience understanding and working with data
- Experience working with SQL
- Proven experience of translating technical needs into plain language.
