We now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Investment & Development team based in Sydney.
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Development teams in various operational aspects, contributing to the successful execution of our development projects.
Other tasks include:
- Prepare formal correspondence and presentations.
- Update basic development programs.
- Develop and manage stakeholder management plans.
- Stay informed about the current market trends and share valuable insights.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Support and adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by Development Managers.
To be successful in this position, you should possess a tertiary qualifications in development, property, real estate, finance, or a related field, ideally with proven experience in design management, construction, property development, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
Key skills and attributes that we are looking for include:
- Solid commercial, legal, and financial acumen.
- Indepth knowledge of the development industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management skills.
- Excellent decisionmaking, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
