About the role:


As a casual
Client Advisor within our
Victorian Boutiques, we are looking to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the stores success in achieving targets.


This role will:

  • Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
  • Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Naturally create loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
  • Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
  • Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising

Who you are:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • A brand ambassador by building and growing relationships
  • A team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively
  • Minimum 3 days availability across Monday to Sunday inclusive of one weekend day
