Moncler was founded in Grenoble, France, in 1952 and is currently headquartered in Milan, Italy.

Over the years the brand has combined style with constant technological research assisted by experts in activities linked to the world of the mountain.

This makes the Moncler collections the quintessence of outwear that marries the extreme demands of nature with those of city life.

In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company, of which he is currently President and Creative Director.

Moncler manufactures and directly distributes men's, women's and accessory collections through its boutiques and in exclusive international department stores and multi-brand outlets.

For our Boutique at
Collins St, we are looking for a
Client Advisor.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing to the store targets.


Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensures a unique client experience by creating long lasting relationships, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clientelling activities;
  • Achieves excellent selling results;
  • Implements and maintains Moncler's visual standards in store;
  • Actively cooperates with stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fashion retail sales role;
  • Customer Service oriented with a commercial mindset;
  • Experience in a structured Luxury Company is a plus;
  • Passion an enthusiasm for the Moncler brand;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in another language is a plus;

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year

  • Retail: 2 years (required)
  • Luxury retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Another language besides English (preferred)
