This beautiful family owned and run Centre located near Castle Hills are seeking an ECT or Diploma Educator to work in the preschool room.

Be part of a supportive Centre with amazing Educators who offers career progression and value you as a Teacher.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

  • University degree in Education/Teaching; or
  • Diploma leaders with 3+ years' experience leading preschool environments may be considered.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s

Essential Criteria You will also have:

  • A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.
  • A deep understanding of child safety and the National Child Safe Principles.
  • A commitment to empowering, respecting and protecting children and young people through the provision of child safe environments.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Current approved Working with Children Check clearance number.
