About the role


We are currently seeking an intermediate to senior legal secretary to join our Corporate team based in our Sydney office.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice and be involved in interesting work within a vibrant, collaborative and friendly environment.

Reporting to a partner and supporting a team, this role will provide high touch secretarial support to the practice.

What does the role involve?

  • Administrative support to partners and fee earners in the practice;
  • Managing the client lifecycle from opening new matters to completion;
  • Completing and overseeing the monthly billing process
  • Preparation of client correspondence and reports; and
  • Assisting with general client queries.

About you


To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter who works efficiently, uses your initiative and has exemplary attention to detail.

You are highly organised and proactive in your approach to tasks and take a genuine interest in the work performed by the practice.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills.

You will be capable of using automated billing systems and client relationship management software (Elite 3E and InterAction is what we use).
