About the role:

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management teams to understand and respond to their recruitment needs
  • Manage recruitment process in JobAdder
  • Post jobs
  • Phone screen to generate shortlist for recruiting manager
  • Collate necessary preemployment documentation, including approvals, reference checks, preemployment medicals, qualifications and registrations, working rights, Working with Children Check, police check (if required)
  • Letters of offer and contract requests
  • Reports on recruitment status of recruitment
  • Contribute to initiatives to generate strong applicant numbers
  • Proactively foster external relationships to generate recruitment pipeline

Skills Required:

  • Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work in a highvolume recruitment environment
  • Good written and oral communication
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using Job Adder preferred
  • Experience maximising value of social media for recruitment purposes
  • Drivers license (travel to our centres required)
