Key Responsibilities:

  • People and Leadership: Provide strong and visionary leadership to the Truck Tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying market trends, and position the company as a key player in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering services to our clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, promoting professional development and creating a positive working environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, financial forecasts, and ensure the financial health of our Victoria Division.

Candidate profile:

  • Extensive leadership experience within the heavy vehicle or fleet servicing industry.
  • Strong understanding of trends and challenges across these industries.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, presentation and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, grow and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven operational and financial management experience.
  • Exceptional client management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving organisational objectives.
