The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 8 - $107,199 to $121,340 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga (hybrid working arrangements negotiable)

As the Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Cool Soil Initiative. Collaborate with the Director and Principal Scientist to develop projects, secure grants, and foster business growth. You will help position Cool Soil Initiative at the forefront of sustainable agriculture by leveraging key teams and fostering innovation by providing high level project and financial management and developing strategic and operational processes.

About you

  • Degree qualifications in business management or significant level of knowledge gained through experience
  • Track record of successful business project and grant proposal development
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and expertise
  • High level communication skills and the ability to form productive relationships with a diverse range of people
