Customer Experience Concierge - Melbourne CBD


The primary purpose of this is to act as the first point of contact for all visitors on the customer floor and take full accountability for meeting request and the overall management and presentation of the floor in accordance with internal protocol security procedures, and customer service expectations.


It will be your responsibility to:

  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to all employees, visitors and contractors at all times.
  • Greet, consult and direct employees and visitors to meeting rooms, provide general direction to amenities, and follow Physical Security policies and procedures, including check ins and check outs in the Visitor Management Systems.
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding requests with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage the operation of the customer floor including ensuring frontofhouse facilities and meeting rooms are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor, report and follow up any outstanding requests including cleaning, maintenance and IT Issues using correct reporting channels.
  • Manage and facilitate all meeting requests on the customer floor including minor room setup, room reset (may include light cleaning duties) and delivery of catering requests in collaboration with the catering team.
  • Replenish all stationary and equipment on the customer floor.
  • Take full accountability for management of temporary passes, including allocation and return in accordance with Physical Security policies and procedures.
  • Reinforce workplace behaviours as the Workplace Ambassador.

Important to your success:

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base
  • Previous experience in hospitality 'frontofoffice' guest service is preferred
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members
  • Ability to plan and priorities effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands in a fastpaced, demanding environment, whist maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Current First Aid Certificate or wiling to obtain one and previous experience in responding to emergencies as the fire warden
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence
  • Demonstrates evidence of technical proficiency in IT and AV systems, databases and communication tools
  • Pays high attention to the detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies within information quickly
  • Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agree timeline and scope
