  • Champion safety and ensure all drivers and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements.

  • Be a team focused player and assist others with their objectives, including developing junior staff.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years in fleet and driver management within the transport industry.
  • Strong history in safety and compliance in order to communicate regulations and ensure a high service standard.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer first mindset
  • Qualification in Transport/Logistics highly regarded but not essential.

What moves you?

At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters. From food, fuel, medicine and rescue services, we keep businesses and communities thriving. Every day brings change. With a bold vision to expand our global reach, our 16,000+ people bring a passion for progress. We collaborate in friendly, caring teams, supported by approachable leaders who give us the autonomy to quickly make decisions with impact.
