We are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management Services team.

This position, which is in Surfers Paradise, will provide administrative support to a small dedicated team to assist with the day to day management of our client's commercial and industrial assets.


Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Respond to tenant, client, supplier and internal queries in a timely, professional and accurate manner
  • Maintain registers to ensure accuracy, including Insurance, bank guarantees, security deposits, tenant contacts.
  • Leasing administration and financial management processes and procedures, ensuring data in our systems is of highest quality and consistency
  • Assist in maintaining and updating tenancy schedules and ensuring critical dates are captured in MRI
  • Be proficient in the use of relevant Colliers systems and assist our team members to better understand and use these
  • Attend team meetings, record and distribute minutes if requested
  • Work proactively with the team to continuously improve processes in line with the National approach
  • Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works

Qualifications:

  • 12 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Current Real Estate Certificate (optional)
