We are seeking an outstanding Senior Property Manager to assist in the growth, expansion, and success of a streamlined Property Management department.

The Role:

With the support from a Junior taking care of leasing, applications, and references, this is a role that will see you taking the time to manage a neat and tidy portfolio of 160 properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Liaising with Landlords & Tenants Effectively Resolving Escalated Repairs Handling Rent Increases Conducting Open Homes No leasing, no accounts, no weekends

The Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience A current Real Estate License, reliable car & driver's license Exposure to all facets of Property management including Tribunal Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player who is happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and nurturing client relationships The ability to work in a tight-knit team Benefits Work for a NATIONALLY recognized brand Lucrative salary on offer & commissions to be earnedMonday to Friday position + WFH flexibility on offer Amazing director who invests in the training and development of their teamCareer progression guaranteedWork out of a Modern office in a central location Parking Arrangement & phone provided Great team, fantastic support & amazing office culture
