Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Procurement & Workplace Services Officer role will make an impact, the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing office maintenance and preventative repairs on facilities equipment.
  • Ensuring that technology in meeting rooms and event spaces are optimally functioning.
  • Managing office security (issue security cards, activate, block cards).
  • Leading all EH&S responsibilities and maintain 5star rating.
  • Managing corporate office vendors, including contract cleaning, office lighting, aircon, multifunction printers and sourcing kitchen expenditure and office stationery as needed.
  • Managing fleet vehicles consistent with business practice for ANZ.
  • Manage relationship with Telco including issuing phones, contract negotiations for ANZ.
  • Work with landlord to manage office functions, manage weekly office inspection to ensure EH&S and propertyrelated defects are highlighted and rectified, with mínimal disruption to the office.
The minimum qualifications and skillset required for this role is:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in Procurement and contract management is required. Working with fleet is highly regarding, but not required.
  • Must possess experience in stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
