What you'll do
MyDeal is looking for a passionate and dedicated sales coordinator to join the growing in-stock team. Your core responsibilities are split into two related areas;


Focus on ensuring new products are created, optimised and activated on time or before a sales event is scheduled to go live.

You will be overseeing the workload and priorities of the production team, which includes; photography, graphic design, copywriting, administration and merchandising.

Prepare promotional events to drive sales and exposure on the site.

An understanding of online customers, pricing and inventory management are vital to ensure MyDeal is offering customers the best deals possible.

The goal is to identify what products or events to promote at the most effective pricing and at the right time.


  • Managing samples from the warehouse to coordinate with photographers
  • Brief photographers on upcoming product shoots
  • Promotional planning and briefs for sales events Assess and report on event performance to the buying team

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, potential risk and opportunities
  • Strong understanding and experience of Google sheets/ formulas
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management to ensure all channel heads and markets have visibility into the forecast and are able to influence the action plans
  • Critical path planning, time management skills and Commercial acumen to understand the broader market including competitors to inform the right pricing and promotional decisions Ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment
