Spa Manager- Applications are now being sought to work in our in our four star boutique hotel and spa at Mount Buller for the 2023 ski season.

As Mount Buller's only Day Spa. We are looking for an extremely organised spa manager with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of spa bookings systems such as Spa One is necessary along with an ability to manage a team of 8-10 therapists & interns.

Experience meeting & setting targets is essential. You must be qualified as a therapist & able & willing to step in to treatments as necessary. You must be confident training staff & ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness & hygiene are adhered to.


A mature, confident outgoing personality is essential, along with immaculate presentation, a passionate involvement with the spa industry, a love of delivering great customer care and services and a natural flair and understanding of the importance of retailing, as we have a broad range of professional skincare products.

Be prepared to work a 6 day week during the season. We offer a competitive wage and live in on and off site shared accommodation for the successful applicants. Positions commence end May with full training in our product range provided.
