About the role

This role allows you to develop skills in customer service, administrative, and operational functions. As an At Your Service Agent/Runner, you will handle guest queries, problem-solving, and ensure smooth operations. Face-to-face interactions with customers and the public are common.

Critical responsibilities:

  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests and concerns through various channels
  • Operate telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and direct calls
  • Relay messages accurately
  • Provide information on amenities and local areas
  • Assist with room service and guest entertainment
  • Ensure proper function of communication equipment
  • Deliver requested items to guest rooms
  • Offer toiletries and other amenities to guests
  • Deliver orders and items to guest rooms
