Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an Advancement Services Officer to join Advancement Office, Business Development Portfolio, Chancellery Division.

The Chancellery Division is responsible for strategy, including Indigenous strategy, government relations and policy, assurance and risk, international, marketing and communications, and business development.

The Chancellery Division is led by the Vice-Chancellor and President. The Business Development Portfolio provides university-wide coordination and stewardship of QUT's engagement with industry, philanthropic and alumni communities.

What you need to succeed

  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in a relevant field with at least four years subsequent relevant experience (digital communications/marketing, data analysis).
  • Proven ability to analyse complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to derive insights and recommendations to support and improve customer engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated digital literacy through effective use of digital platforms and industry best practice in digital engagement to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven organisational skills including the ability to schedule and prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, establish positive working relationships and effectively manage staff to deliver high quality service in a fastpaced environment.
