The Role


Reporting into the Head of Commissions within our NITV Commissions team this role will see you undertake the following duties.


  • Support the NITV commissioning team to track, manage and plan Commissioned projects.
  • Ensure all delivered program masters are ingested, tech checked, and pushed through to MAM in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain delivery materials schedules within the Smartsheet, ensuring that external producers maintain accurate updates from preproduction through to postproduction.
  • Skilled in downloading media from various platforms such as Aspera, DropBox and WeTransfer.
  • Liaise with various NITV and SBS divisions to ensure project delivery aligns with SBS contract guidelines.
  • Receive and evaluate pitch submissions and make recommendations on their suitability for NITV Commissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to curate audiovisual assets, essential for crafting PowerPoint presentations when required.
  • Assist the NITV Commissioning team with various administrative duties, including diary management, travel bookings, expenses, and notetaking in meetings.
